FRIDAYs from 5:00 to 6:00 PM Weekly Anti-War Actions
To be held on at least one of the 4-corners of Wyandotte Street and Ouellette Avenue.
Windsor Peace Coalition members feel there is a necessity for regular anti-war actions, to provide more opportunities for citizens to involve themselves directly in the anti-war movement. As a result we have decided to hold regular weekly information pickets around the 4-corners of Wyandotte Street and Ouellette Avenue on Fridays, for 1-hour, from 5:00 until 6:00 PM.

Everyone is welcome to attend, and we encourage you to join us whenever you have the opportunity - we don't expect everyone to attend every week (although that would be just great if you could).
Sunday, May 27, 2007 at 10:00 AM Rally for Windsor-Essex
A community Rally for Windsor-Essex is being planned for May 27 to draw attention to the needs of this region in these times of unprecedented job loses - especially in the manufacturing sector.

As our coalition is on record demanding the war budget be redirected to address the needs of Canadians at home in their own communities - we whole heartedly endorse this event, and encourage all of our members and supporters to participate in this action.

Please visit the campaign's web site at www.ourjobsourfuture.org to stay informed about this action and to learn more as the information becomes available.
